Possessions I thought were tangible objects like a Chasseur cast iron pot. The best kitchen pan seals juicy steaks, or slow cook cheap cuts to perfection. Useful. Can humanity be this useful? Can humanity be owned? Have you ever felt useful? We all have, we’re all the same, this common excuse to exist. I pray you may one day escape such an existence, to be useful, to be needed. Possession has no meaning in kindness nor love. Feel free to use all the nouns and adjectives – emotional blackmail. You can never own a person, how then could you entertain the idea of setting them free? One can no more own the spirit of the meadow, let alone the soul of another.
