A walk in the rain
Muffling footsteps say
Hey, I’m sane

Pitter patter on the tin roof
The pulse in my ears
Is it not proof

“Remember me…
for soon I will be gone,
until you’re in my arms again.”*

Wet footprints on pavements

Remember me.
